Rapid Processing / Turn Around Time

• After set up, typical turn around time is 12 to 24 hours

• You can also be notified via email or SMS text when your reports are ready 

• STAT reports also available in 4 hours
  

Retrieving Transcribed Reports

• Depending on compatibility, reports can be securely fed directly into your EHR/EMR system.
  

• Final typed and authenticated/signed reports can be retrieved from an encrypted HIPAA-compliant portal with online database access using record-level security.
  

• Final reports can also be downloaded in protected PDF format via a secure FTP site.

Service & HIPAA Agreements

• New accounts for medical transcription and documentation require a brief Service Agreement detailing our responsibilities and our fees.
  

• As defined by HIPAA, we have obligations to you and the patients you serve regarding the confidentiality of protected health information. This requires a standard HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.
  



Setup & Implementation

• Call 832.699.1965 or use our Contact form to setup a new account. Typically, setup takes less than 2 days.
  

• Be prepared to discuss: the kind of reports you need transcribed, your preferred methods of submission and retrieval, and be ready to submit a sample of your current reports (without real patient names and data).
  

• Our fees are based on a 65 character line.

• This service is invoiced monthly at the beginnng of each month (between the 2nd and the 10th) for the prior month. Payment for transcription service is accepted via ACH/Direct Deposit, Check, or Wire Transfer.
